Do I need my HOA's permission to paint my interior?

For interior colors, almost never — inside your unit is yours. What HOAs and buildings do regulate is the work itself: allowed hours, contractor parking, and how materials move through shared areas. We confirm those rules with you before scheduling so the job never generates a violation letter.

Will my neighbors smell the paint?

Not if the job is done right. We use low- and zero-VOC paints as the default in attached homes and manage ventilation so air moves out of your unit rather than into a shared corridor. The strong-solvent smell people remember from older paint jobs isn't part of a modern interior repaint.

How long does a full condo or townhome repaint take?

Most one- and two-bedroom condos take one to two days; a three-bedroom townhome with a two-story stairwell typically runs two to three. HOA work-hour windows can stretch that slightly since we can't start early or run late — we build that into the schedule we quote you.

Do I need to move out while you paint?

No. Most of our customers stay in their homes. We work room by room, keep one path through the unit clear, and use low-odor paint so sleeping in the home the same night is normal, not an exception.

What about parking and building access?

We sort it out in advance. Gated communities, guard gates, assigned guest spots, alley-load garages, loading zones, freight elevators — we've worked with all of them in Henderson. You give us your community's situation during the quote and we arrive with a plan.

I'm changing colors, not just refreshing. Does that cost more?

A color change gets two full coats so the old color never ghosts through, which means more labor and material than a same-color refresh. Your quote is still one flat price for the whole job — we just scope it correctly up front.

Do you paint ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards too?

Yes. A typical full repaint covers walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and baseboards. If you only want walls, or only one scuffed stairwell, we quote exactly the scope you want.

Do you work with HOA boards or property managers?

No — we work for individual condo and townhome owners. If you own your unit and want the interior painted, you're exactly who we serve. You hire us directly, and the quote, schedule, and final walkthrough are all yours.

Which parts of Henderson do you cover?

All of it — most often Green Valley, Seven Hills, Anthem, Cadence, Inspirada, MacDonald Ranch, Whitney Ranch, and the Water Street District. See the service areas page for neighborhood-specific details, or call to confirm your building.
